Planning a luxury picnic is exciting and easy. You and your guest(s) will have the opportunity to choose a luxurious theme and add-ons that will truly make the experience memorable. To start the process:

 

(1) Pick a theme

(2) Use the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page to request a date, time, and any other details.

(3) If available, we will confirm your scheduled date by email. If not available, we will contact you to offer a different          date and time. Picnics must be planned 2 weeks in advance. 

(4) Purchase. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. PayPal and Zelle are accepted.

There are things you may want to bring such as:

 

(1) Any large meals. South + Luxe picnics will provide seasonal complimentary snacks and bread. However, meats and        cheeses cannot be served due to Smith County food regulations. Flatware and dinnerware will be provided.

(2) Ice

(3) Beverages

(4) Hat and/or scarves. While South + Luxe will work to provide the perfect location, during the winter and summer             months, extra protection may be needed from the heat or cold.

Location

 

The location of the picnic will be decided on the day of the picnic and will be chosen from the parks available in the area. South and Luxe will text you the location 30 minutes before the planned picnic. We will do our best to pick a spot that is private and away from noise. Picnics are scheduled in two-hour blocks and a fee of $25 per 30 minutes can be added if needed.

Available Days and Times

 

Friday (after 2P) - Tuesday

Both Bergfield and Rose Parks are closed at sunset, therefore, picnics may need to be scheduled based on those times. The Tyler Rose Garden closes at 5 PM.

Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

​

Because of the time involved in preparing for your picnic, no refunds will be given. However, we do understand that picnics will need to be rescheduled because of inclement weather. In this case, we will reschedule your picnic at the earliest convenient time and date. For cancellations not due to inclement weather, please contact us at least 7 days before your booking so that we can reschedule.
